TCA NextGen NextMentor Program
The Texas Chiropractic Association is committed to advancing the chiropractic profession and helping new chiropractors exceed in their career. To reach this goal, TCA's NextGen DCs Committee has developed a mentorship program to support new DCs. The goal of the NextGen NextMentor Program is to match chiropractors with similar professional interests and help guide mentees in their professional lives and clinical experiences. All mentors have been in practice for more than five years and focus on a wide variety of specialties.
We are actively looking for both Mentors and Mentees for our 2025 NextMentor group!
Please fill out an application if you are interested in being part of this program. The NextGen DCs Committee will match Mentors and Mentees. Once all matches are made, introduction emails will be sent out to each pair. We look forward to building a stronger profession with you!

"I am extremely proud to champion the formation of a mentorship program within the TCA. This program has been in the works for several years and I'm glad to finally be able to share what we've been working on in the background. It is my hope that NextMentor will help shape the future of Texas chiropractors for many years to come." - Sammie Mees, DC, TCA NextGen Committee Chair
