- Systems are extremely automated so that one person can run the office easily up to 100 members. Currently 45 members.
- Current patient visit numbers are between 65-85 patient visits/week with an average of 3-5 new patients per week.
- Our location is under lease through February 2025. It is $1250/month and includes water and trash. The landlord pays a company to empty garbage cans and do light cleaning daily. It is in immaculate condition. It is 1500 sq/ft with 2 huge treatment rooms. Only using one of them currently. The second I use as a recording studio for Facebook/Insta content.
- I use cloud-based software (CHIROTOUCH) to run every aspect of day-to-day business: scheduling, chart notes, and patient text communications. Members have a CC on file and the software bills the card monthly on their bill date, so I don’t have to deal with money other than taking payments for people who pay per visit.
- I keep quality chart notes for every visit. I set up the software so that a typical office visit takes me 10-15 seconds to chart, and I would be happy to update any macros for the new owner so that the chart notes suit them and are just as efficient.
- I will stay for transition to get members acquainted with new doctor.
