A foundation for chiropractic progress video about chiropractic care for pregnancy and there is quite a bit of research on the subject.  I wonder how many Ob/Gyn are up on this stuff.

This is a really nice study comparing standard Ob/Gyn treatment with and without chiropractic care.  The chiropractic care group got better:

Very rare to have an adverse event due to manipulation of a pregnant patient:

Small Study (done by Dr. Murphy the primary spine care provider chiropractor) showed an 85% improvement in pregnancy related lower back pain treated by chiropractic:

A systematic review of the literature done in 2009 (awhile ago) suggesting the spinal manipulation may be a treatment option if no contraindications are present:

There are a few others from studies earlier than 2008.  All say spinal manipulation works for pregnancy related back pain but we could use better quality research.
