The Texas Chiropractic Association (TCA) supports, protects and advances doctors of chiropractic (DC) in the state of Texas. We serve the profession with a never-ending spirit of dedication and commitment by expanding public access to chiropractic care. The TCA heavily advocates for the citizens of Texas to have their choice of health care and for DCs to have suitable representation in the decision-making agencies of the government.

Why do you think it’s important for chiropractors to be TCA members?
I can't emphasize enough the importance of being a part of the largest group to represent your profession in the state of Texas. The TCA has no philosophical leanings, which may surprise some. Its sole purpose is to promote the chiropractic profession in the state. Not only does it defend against attacks on our scope of practice, but also promotes our ability to practice to the level of our education. But, I also love the camaraderie of the TCA. I've made some great friends in the TCA and love seeing them at the TCA events. I strongly encourage my associates to join and even have paid their dues in their early years. |
