Terry Lynn McKee, DC, Col (Retired, US Army), age 80, of Tomball TX went to God March 16, 2016. He collapsed at a function when his heart stopped Feb 23.

Terry was born Oct 5, 1935, in Terrell TX. He graduated Lamar High School, Houston, in 1954. He earned BS & MS degrees from Abilene Christian University in 1960 and 1969, respectively. Terry received a doctor of chiropractor degree from the Texas Chiropractic College in 1981.

He enlisted in the US Army February 1960. In October 1960, he received his commission. He retired from Active and Reserves December 1984 as a colonel. His decorations include the Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal 2nd award with Star, Army Reserve Medal for 30-years of Service, Army Reserve Achievement Medal, Overseas Medal and Military Schooling Medal. His qualification badges include Marksmanship with M-1, M-14 and M-16 rifles and .45 cal pistol. With his marksmanship, he participated in National competition for the Army.

During Terry’s military career, he worked in military laboratories including participating in the protocols for the world and US blood bank systems. He worked with the Fort Hood TX Blood Donor Center and the 75th MAC’s Medical Group in special medical projects. He served at Valley Forge PA, 1960-1963 and Okinawa, 1963-1964.

Dr. Herman Leslie Rudeseal of Orange, TX, died March 19, 2016, in Hemphill, TX, at the Hemphill Care Center. He was a month shy of his 95th birthday.

Born April 13, 1921 in Lewis, Louisiana he grew up in Vivian, Louisiana.  A veteran of WWII, Herman served as a Sergeant Major in the US Army Military Police Corps in the Pacific. After returning home from the war, he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Upon graduation in 1948, he moved his family to Orange and opened the Rudeseal Chiropractic Clinic where he practiced until retiring at age 78.

Dr. Lisa Barnett, age 45, passed away on December 17, 2015.

Lisa was a graduate of Texas Chiropractic College  earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2001 ranking number one in her class. Lisa practiced in Austin, Texas with her father, Dr. Mike Huneycutt, from 2001-2011 and then opened her own thriving practice in Blanco, Texas in 2011. Since that time and over her years of practice she has gained a reputation as a uniquely intuitive and caring health care provider. She had a unique ability to heal patients with her touch, encouragement and guidance.

A memorial service to celebrate Lisa's life will be conducted on January 9, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at the Community Bible Church Bulverde, 7100 Hwy 281 North, Spring Branch, Texas

Dr. Timothy Lee of Houston, a past instructor and clinician at TCC, passed away Dec. 12, 2015.

Dr. Timothy Lee, a TCC Graduate, passed away Dec. 12, 2015.  A Memorial Service will be held January 5, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Davis-Greenlaw Funeral Chapel, 3900 B. F. Terry Blvd. Rosenberg, Texas 77471.

Dr. Lee worked at TCC for many years as an instructor and clinic attending doctor. Dr. Lee cared so much about teaching students and many alumni have benefited from what they learned from him. For the last five years he was in private practice in Houston.

Obituary: John Neuerburg D.C.

Dr. John Michael Neuerburg past away on August 23, 2015 while fishing with his son in Surfside Beach, Texas.  He graduated TCC in 1980. Memorial services will be held at the Freeport Community House, located at 1300 West Second Street in Freeport, Texas at 6:30 PM on Friday August 28th. A celebration of his life will follow in the same location. Beer, tea, and finger foods will be served. BYOB.

Born to the late Leonard and Louise Neuerburg on August 13, 1952 in Freeport, Texas, John grew up in Baytown and Freeport, and graduated from Brazosport High School in 1970. Two years later, he wed his high school sweetheart, the late Gail Neuerburg. They were married for over 40 years.
