The Texas Chiropractic Association (TCA) is working to protect and enhance chiropractic practice in Texas.  It’s Chiropractic Development Initiative (CDI) is “on budget.”  In fact, the recently held Tour of Texas generated over $21,000 in donations from three locations to protect and promote the rights of the profession and their patients.

The  chiropractic doctors of the TCA believe that the people of Texas should be afforded the full benefit of chiropractic care based on the Doctor of Chiropractic’s level of education, training and experience; that they should be afforded access to chiropractic care free of oppressive limitations or discriminatory payment provisions. They believe that chiropractic doctors in Texas should be afforded the level of authority, respect and esteem equal to the dramatic impact they make on the lives of their patients.

To assist in achieving this objective, the TCA Political Action Committee (TCA PAC) is in need of funds as TCA prepares for the upcoming 2019 legislative session.  TCA PAC works to support worthy legislative candidates who support chiropractic practice and have an open mind towards the legislative agenda of the TCA.  This year the TCA is encouraging an increased level of grass roots support through local and regional legislative fundraisers and receptions.  Contact TCA if you desire to host or be part of a legislative fundraiser or reception.

TCA’s legislative committee and professionals continue to work to develop strategies for the upcoming legislative session and are pleased with the current position for starting the legislative session in January 2019.  They continue the dialog between medical associations and the chiropractic profession.

Continuously working to protect and enhance chiropractic practice in Texas, the TCA, the leading chiropractic professional association in Texas, works to enhance chiropractic practice, education and public access to chiropractic.
