E-Classified Ads                    

E-Classified Submission

All ads must be submitted via email to advertise@chirotexas.org.   Ads may be typed simply as an email or sent as a word attachment. Ads are limited to 300 characters and please keep bold and italics to a minimum. Include your contact information (name, company name, address, phone #), and desired number of months to run ad with your ad submittal.

E-Classified Rates

TCA members:$20 per month

Non-members:$40 per month

Deadlines

Ads must be submitted via email with payment by the 20^th of the month to run in the next month’s issue.  If the 20^th is on a Sunday or a holiday, the form and payment must be received the next business day.  All ads must be pre-paid.  Confirmation will be sent via email that your ad was received.

Acceptance Policy

Advertising copy must be neither false, misleading, illegal, nor in poor taste, and must conform to the state and federal guidelines where appropriate. Any advertising containing offers of , or requests for employment must not contain any language which expresses, directly or indirectly, any limitations, specifications, or discrimination as to race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical handicap, medical condition, marital status, sex or age.

Publisher has the right to reject or cancel any ad for any reason at any time.  The advertiser agrees to indemnify and protect the publisher from any claims or expenses resulting from the advertiser’s unauthorized use or any name or words protected by copyright or registered trademarks.

Cancellations or Changes

To cancel or change your ad, you must notify the TCA staff in writing by the deadline date of the 20th.  After the deadline, no refund or changes can be made.

Payment

Payment by credit card:

Payment by Amex, Discover, MC, and Visa are accepted.  Simply include your credit card information along with your ad via email.  You must include credit card#, expiration date, billing address and phone number.  If you do not want to send credit card information via email, indicate in your email that you will call TCA with your credit card information.  Ads will not be run unless payment information is received by TCA by the 20^th of the previous month.

Dear TCA,

HOUSTON, TX:  Clinic for sale 6 yr established.  Diversified patient base.  All equipment paid.  1850 sq. ft. 5 treatment bays, adjusting stations.  $250K traffic daily.  Rehab area W/D included.  Moving onto other business.  Excellent for new graduate.  Asking 100K for quick sale.  Contact Dr. Tim Smith at (512) 477-9292 for more details.
