DISTRICT 1-- West Texas -- composed of the Counties of: Brewster, Crane, Crockett, Culberson,
Ector, El Paso, Glasscock, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, Loving, Midland, Pecos,
Presidio, Reagan, Reeves, Terrell, Upton, Ward, Winkler.
DISTRICT 2-- Upper Panhandle -- composed of the counties of: Armstrong, Briscoe, Carson, Castro,
Childress, Collingsworth, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Donley, Gray, Hall,
Hansford, Hartley, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Moore, Ochiltree,
Oldham, Parmer, Potter, Randall, Roberts, Sherman, Swisher, Wheeler.
DISTRICT 3--Lower Panhandle,
composed of the counties of: Andrews, Bailey, Borden, Cochran, Cottle,
Crosby, Dawson, Dickens, Floyd, Gaines, Garza, Hale, Hockley, Howard,
Kent, King, Lamb, Lubbock, Lynn, Martin, Motley, Stonewall, Terry,
Yoakum.
DISTRICT 4--Ft. Worth to the Red River,
composed of the counties of: Archer, Baylor, Clay, Denton, Ellis,
Foard, Hardeman, Hill, Hood, Jack, Johnson, Knox, Montague, Palo Pinto,
Parker, Somervell, Tarrant, Wichita, Wilbarger, Wise, Young.
DISTRICT 5--Dallas to the Red River,
composed of the counties of: Anderson, Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Fannin,
Freestone, Grayson, Henderson, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro, Rains, Rockwall.
DISTRICT 6--Northeast Texas,
composed of the counties of: Bowie, Camp, Cass, Delta, Franklin, Gregg,
Harrison, Hopkins, Lamar, Marion, Morris, Panola, Red River, Rusk,
Shelby, Smith, Titus, Upshur, Van Zandt, Wood.
DISTRICT 7--West-Central Texas,
composed of the counties of: Brown, Callahan, Coke, Coleman, Comanche,
Concho, Eastland, Fisher, Gillespie, Haskell, Irion, Jones, Kimble,
Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Mills, Mitchell, Nolan, Runnels, Scurry,

DISTRICT 8--Central Texas,
composed of the counties of: Bastrop, Bell, Bosque, Brazos, Burleson,

Llano, McLennan, Milam, Robertson, San Saba, Travis, Washington,
Williamson.
DISTRICT 9--Southeast Texas,
composed of the counties of: Angelina, Cherokee, Grimes, Hardin,
Houston, Jasper, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Montgomery,
Nacogdoches, Newton, Orange, Polk, Sabine, San Augustine, San Jacinto,
Trinity, Tyler, Walker.
DISTRICT 10--Southwest Texas,
composed of the counties of: Bandera, Bexar, Blanco, Caldwell, Comal,
Edwards, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Hays, Kendall, Kerr, Kinney, Maverick,
Medina, Real, Uvalde, Val Verde.
DISTRICT 11--Upper Texas coastal plain,
composed of the counties of: Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Colorado,
Fayette, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Lavaca, Matagorda, Waller,
Wharton.
DISTRICT 12--Coastal bend and South Texas,
composed of the counties of: Aransas, Atascosca, Bee, Brooks, Calhoun,
Cameron, DeWitt, Dimmit, Duval, Frio, Goliad, Hidalgo, Jackson, Jim
Hogg, Jim Wells, Karnes, Kenedy, Kleberg, LaSalle, Live Oak, McMullen,
